HOW IT WORKS:

Month 1: Diagnose
I get into the backend of your business with you. Your core platforms, workflows, delivery, current support scope & compare against what the business actually needs alongside a deep dive call with you to understand how things are actually running day to day. You get a written findings report, ranked by what's actually costing you revenue.

Month 2: Build
I build or redirect the fixes identified in month 1. Some I build myself, some I hand you and/or your team with exact specs for, depending on complexity. Systems are live & documented by the end of the month.

Month 3: Embed
The systems run for real & I'm watching for breakage or gaps. You get a handover document, what's automated, what still needs a human & who that should be.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • 1 x Focus Backend Audit → me inside your business looking at your offers, services, workflows, structure etc before we touch anything.

  • 2 x 60-Minute Strategy Calls each month (6 all together over 3 months) → direction to keep your business structured, stable & moving forward.

  • 1 x Monthly Strategy Document → clear, CEO-ready roadmap outlining priorities, systems, & next steps for each month.

  • Messaging support, 2 days per week inside Telegram.

PRICING

3 months PIF = $5,500AUD

Payment Plan = $2,000AUD/per month.
